A Note From The Founder
Sandwich Girl started with one small food truck, a lot of grit, and a belief that food could carry more than flavor; it could carry identity, memory, and opportunity.
As I built my first location, I saw how many talented cooks around me had incredible ideas but no clear path forward. The barriers were always the same: capital, permits, systems, and access to the right knowledge at the right time. Talent wasn’t the issue. Infrastructure was.
The Sandwich Girl Food Truck Collective was created to change that.
This collective is designed to give food creators a real starting point, a way to test, grow, and build their concepts within a supportive, structured ecosystem. By sharing resources, operational systems, and brand visibility, we lower the barrier to entry while protecting what matters most: cultural integrity and creative ownership.
This is not about scaling one idea.
It’s about building a fleet of voices.
My goal is to create opportunities I wish existed when I started and to ensure that the next generation of food entrepreneurs doesn’t have to choose between authenticity and sustainability.
If you’re ready to build something real, you’re welcome here.
